Pon Holdings B.V. (henceforth “Pon”) is located at Rondebeltweg 31, 1329 BN Almere, The Netherlands. Pon is responsible for processing your personal data, as described in this privacy statement. Handling your information with care is important to us.

This privacy statement is applicable to all data collected and processed by Pon when you visit our website. 

Why do we collect your data?

We collect and process your personal data on the legal basis of the principles laid out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do this for the following purposes: 

  • Offering a proper functioning website (basis: legitimate interest).
  • Playing YouTube videos about Pon services and companies (basis: legitimate interest).
  • Via Google Maps show the locations of the Pon companies (basis: legitimate interest)
  • Conducting and sharing statistical analyses to improve our website (basis: legitimate interest).

How long does Pon store my data?

The data referred to in question 3 is stored for maximum one year. Afterwards we will delete the data. 

Will my data be sold to or shared with other businesses?

We do not sell your data to other businesses for commercial purposes. When necessary, businesses that assist us in finding new team members are given access to data to conduct activities on Pon’s behalf. Pon requires these businesses to take care in processing and protecting your personal data. We have processing contracts with these businesses to ensure this.
